Mrs. Neva Taylor, a dedicated member of the Iowa Congress of Parents and Teachers for nearly 50 years, was the inspiration for this statewide unit was formed in 1979. This unit serves as a way for individuals to maintain membership in PTA without requiring the selection of a local school unit. It is our pleasure to inform you that all proceeds from membership to this unit are used to support the HL Taylor Scholarship Program. As a part of membership in the Neva Taylor PTA unit you also maintain membership with the National PTA.
